How do I order a sample?

You can order samples of any of our wedding stationary, follow the link at the bottom of each of the collection pages for more details of how to order.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order quantity for most items of 10 units, although we are always happy to discuss your requirements.

Do you require a deposit?

A 50% non refundable deposit on the total order cost is required on placing the order and securing the agreed price. A further 25% will be required on dispatch of your wedding invitations and the remaining 25% and postage costs are payable on dispatch of your final items.

How much is Delivery?

Free local delivery. All other orders will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next day courier service and will be charged at the current rate for size and weight of package, you will of course be notified of this charge prior to delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. Alternatively orders may be collected upon arrangement.

How long before I receive my order?

Customers should expect to receive their order approx 3 weeks from their final approval.

I am not sure on my final numbers...

Please give us a good estimate on the numbers of invitations, place cards etc required. If at a later date, if more or less is required we will adjust your final invoice (Note: as long as work has not already started)

Can I choose my own wording?

We have a number of wording templates available which can be used to guide you. Please feel free to supply us with you own wording in a typed document should you wish for something different.

Can you match colours from a swatch I can give you?

Yes, we are more than happy to match ribbon, card etc to a colour swatch you have.

Can I change the colour of the design I have seen?

All of our designs are available in lots of different colours and colour combinations. Please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Can I choose my own font?

All of our designs have had their fonts carefully chosen to compliment the theme and design. However if you have something in particular in mind, please do get in touch to discuss this.

Will the prices change?

Prices are subject to slight change due to cost of raw materials. Once a deposit is received the agreed price is secure.

I need to cancel my order...

The non refundable deposit of 50% will be retained plus any additional costs that may have incurred prior to cancellation.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Cheque or BACS Transfer.
